Sweet Melon Magic in a BowlThis one dessert we use to wait for during the long Indian summers back when we were kids having fun during our summer school hols. My mum used to make this quite often with any kind of melon that was available...mostly with honey dew melons. You can add/substitute watermelon or musk melon to this too. |

Chocolate ZabaglioneI just love a good zabaglione! This is another recipe, from my huge chocolate recipes cookbook, that I've made. It only uses a little chocolate, so it's best to use one with a minimum of 62% cocoa solids so that you get a good chocolate flavor. I use Valrhona. |
