Pecan TassiesMiniature pecan pies pretty much sums up the flavor but these are even better. I don’t care for pecan pie as it is too sweet for me. However this portion controlled delicate golden brown crust filled with a gooey pecan filling is just right. |

Apple PieA friend gave us a bag of apples from their tree and so I decided to make a pie this afternoon. This is a great simple recipe and it tastes terrific! This does yield a sweet pie so if you don't like it too sweet, I'd cut the sugar in half. |
