- 18 corn tortillas (6 inches)
- 3 cups chicken breast
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 16 ounces salsa
- 12 ounces plain fat free greek yogurt
- 2 medium green peppers, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Time: 15 minutes prep, 40 minutes cook

Directions
- layer 6 tortillas on the bottom of 13x9 inch baking dishe
- switch off layering
- bake covered at 350 for 25mins
- then uncover and bake for 10-15 more
- let stand 10 mins
