  1. Line a 13 x 9 pan with graham crackers.. Prepare pudding as per package directions. Fold cold whip into pudding, adding vanilla. Put half of this mix over the graham crackers. Cover pudding with another layer of graham crackers. Cover with the remaining pudding.
  2. Top with another layer of graham crackers. The spread 1 can of chocolate frosting over the top. Refrigerate5 to 6 hrs.
