- 1 tbsp. 3 Onion Dip Mix
- sea salt
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. crushed crackers (or breadcrumbs)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Combine ingredients and form into 4-6 patties. Grill on the bbq for 5 minutes per side.
- BIG BURGER SAUCE (this recipe made a fairly small batch, since I only needed it for 2-3 burgers, but the original recipe makes 3 times as much)
- 1 tbsp. vinegar (I used White Balsamic)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. Italian Dressing Mix
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. relish (I used Relish Mustard that Epicure sold last year)

- 1 tsp. 3 Onion Dip Mix
