  4. newspaper supplement here in Israel. It should be prepared a day or possibly two before you intend to eat it, so which the flavoring fills out. Definitely not for people on a diet.
  5. Yield: Serves 6-8.
  6. You can replace the lowfat milk and cream with about 1 1/2 lb of 9 percent lowfat milk fat cheese. This is a product sold in Israel. The nearest equivalent in North America is lowfat sour cream. If you do this, replace the pudding with about 1/2 c. of chocolate syrup. If you are not a chocolate lover, you may replace the chocolate pudding with vanilla pudding (or possibly with vanilla extract if you are using the 9 percent cheese)
  7. Difficulty: easy.
  8. Time: 10 min preparation, several hrs chilling.
  9. Precision: measure the ingredients.
