Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Nowadays children are very different because they prefer KFC or McDonald's chicken. You can find variety of chicken stalls everywhere but the best chicken should come from your own kitchen. My children are both chicken breast fillet lover. Obviously I have more chicken recipe in my blog and I have more to come.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken breast without skin, cut into flat slices and flattened with rolling pin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1/2 block of cheese divided into sticks depends upon the number of chicken slices
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
  • some toothpick
  • oil for frying

Directions

  1. With a mallet or rolling pin, flatten the chicken slices.
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. At the center of each fillet, place a thick strip of cheese.
  4. Roll up and enclose with toothpick.
  5. Dredge the chicken rolls in flour
  6. Dip in beaten eggs
  7. Then roll in 1 cup Japanese Crumbs.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  9. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and serve with mix veggies.
