Ingredients

  • 2 c. bisquick
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix bisquick, lowfat milk and cheese till a soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cooking sheet.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 min till golden. Mix butter and garlic pwdr. Brush mix over hot biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
