.%20The%20room%20I%20stayed%20in%20at%20a%20neighbors%20until%20my%20new%20home%20was%20complete%20was%20just%20not%20conducive%20to%20reading%20so%20the%20pile%20grew%20and%20while%20I%20moved%20here%20last%20year%20with%20the%20best%20of%20intentions;%20the%20first%20few%20months%20were%20too%20hectic%20to%20get%20to%20them%20and%20I%20think%20it%E2%80%99s%20now%20time%20to%20give%20up%20the%20ghost;%20way%20too%20much%20on%20my%20plate;%20heck%20I%20haven%E2%80%99t%20completely%20unpacked%20yet%20and%20it%E2%80%99s%20been%20over%20a%20year!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20instead%20I%E2%80%99ll%20relegate%20those%20months%20worth%20of%20issues%20to%20the%20basket%20on%20my%20coffee%20table%20and%20just%20start%20fresh.%20I%20picked%20up%20the%20February%20issue%20to%20peruse%20last%20month%20and%20as%20much%20as%20I%20love%20RSVP;%20I%20got%20no%20further%20than%20the%20front%20cover.%20Everything%20I%20love%20in%20one%20dish%20so%20how%20could%20I%20not%20make%20February%E2%80%99s%20Caramelized%20Garlic%20and%20Spinach%20Tart?%20Modifications%20R%20Us%20though%20as%20you%20know%20and%20with%20a%20package%20of%20mushrooms%20in%20the%20fridge%20that%20were%20crying%20to%20be%20used;%20my%20version%20turned%20into%20a%20Caramelized%20Garlic,%20Spinach%20and%20Mushroom%20Tart%20and%20it%20was%20absolutely,%20completely%20and%20divinely%20divine!%20I%20liked%20it;%20can%20you%20tell?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThought%20they%20call%20this%20a%20tart,%20I%20would%20have%20most%20likely%20referred%20to%20it%20as%20a%20quiche;%20it%20has%20all%20the%20components%20of%20eggs,%20milk%20and%20cheese.%20But%20to%20make%20certain%20I%20did%20reference%20descriptions%20of%20each%20dish%20and%20truth%20be%20told%20it%20could%20be%20called%20either.%20Quiches%20are%20savory%20and%20include%20milk,%20eggs%20and%20cheese;%20tarts%20can%20be%20sweet%20or%20savory%20and%20the%20addition%20of%20those%20three%20elements%20is%20not%20mandatory%20so%20in%20my%20book%20I%20would%20still%20say%20quiche%20but%20I%E2%80%99ll%20acquiesce%20this%20one%20to%20BA;%20it%E2%80%99s%20their%20idea!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20cover%20photo%20included%20a%20very%20cool%20braided%20decoration%20for%20the%20crust.%20My%20first%20thought%20was,%20%E2%80%98how%20pretty%E2%80%99%20followed%20by%20my%20second%20thought%20of%20%E2%80%98you%20must%20be%20kidding!%E2%80%99%20%E2%80%93%20It%20looked%20perfect%20but%20I%20could%20not%20figure%20out%20how%20they%20got%20it%20too%20look%20SO%20perfect%20since%20the%20braids%20were%20in%20three%20pieces%20and%20would%20have%20to%20be%20combined%20together%20as%20it%20roped%20around%20the%20pie%20plate.%20I%E2%80%99m%20betting%20it%20was%20the%20magic%20of%20Photoshop%20and%20I%20knew%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20want%20to%20go%20down%20that%20rabbit%20hole%20so%20it%20was%20plain%20old%20regular%20crimped%20crust%20for%20me%20and%20no%20regrets!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIf%20the%20thought%20of%20a%20head%20of%20garlic%20scares%20you;%20don%E2%80%99t%20let%20it.%20As%20the%20garlic%20is%20cooked%20it%20softens%20and%20not%20only%20is%20the%20potency%20lost%20but%20it%20develops%20a%20beautiful%20sweet%20flavor;%20much%20like%20what%20happens%20to%20onions.%20This%20is%20one%20dish%20I%20did%20not%20share;%20nope%E2%80%A6it%20was%20MINE%20ALL%20MINE!!%20I%20highly%20suggest%20you%20make%20this%20for%20yourself%20too.%20Better%20not%20invite%20me%20over.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECaramelized%20Garlic,%20Spinach%20and%20Mushroom%20Tart%20%20%20%20%20Cook%20time%20%201%20hour%2015%20mins%20%20%20Total%20time%20%201%20hour%2025%20mins%20%20%20%20%20%20Author:%20Barb%20Serves:%208-10%20%20%20Ingredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPie%20Dough%20(I've%20included%20a%20link%20for%20the%20BA%20recipe%20in%20Notes%20or%20use%20your%20own)%20All-purpose%20flour%20(for%20surface)%205%20large%20eggs%203%20heads%20of%20garlic,%20cloves%20peeled%20Kosher%20salt%201%20tablespoon%20olive%20oil%201%20tablespoon%20balsamic%20vinegar%201%20tablespoon%20pure%20maple%20syrup%201%20teaspoon%20chopped%20fresh%20rosemary%201%20teaspoon%20chopped%20fresh%20thyme%20Freshly%20ground%20black%20pepper%20For%20the%20Mushrooms:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20a%20rack%20in%20lower%20third%20of%20oven;%20preheat%20to%20350%C2%B0.%20Roll%20ou%20disk%20of%20dough%20on%20a%20lightly%20floured%20surface%20to%20a%2014%E2%80%9D%20round.%20Transfer%20to%20a%209%E2%80%9D-diameter%20pie%20dish.%20Lift%20up%20edge%20and%20let%20dough%20slump%20down%20into%20dish.%20Trim,%20leaving%20about%201%E2%80%9D%20overhang.%20Fold%20overhang%20under%20and%20crimp.%20Freeze%2015%20minutes.%20Line%20dough%20with%20parchment%20paper%20or%20foil,%20leaving%20some%20overhang.%20Fill%20with%20pie%20weights%20or%20dried%20beans.%20Bake%20until%20crust%20is%20dry%20around%20edge,%2025%E2%80%9330%20minutes.%20Remove%20parchment%20and%20weights%20and%20brush%20entire%20crust%20with%20egg.%20Bake%20until%20crust%20is%20dry%20and%20set,%2010%E2%80%9315%20minutes.%20Let%20cool.%20Meanwhile,%20cook%20garlic%20in%20a%20medium%20saucepan%20of%20boiling%20sal
