Caramel Popcorn (Cracker Jacks) Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 qts popped corn (measured after popping)
• 1 16 ounce container peanuts (optional)
• 1 c. light brown sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1/4 c. white corn syrup
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/3 tsp. salt
