Brushetta Recipe
Amazing Starter!
Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh basil
- a dash of garlic salt
- a dash of salt
- a dash of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 10 small baguette slices
- 1/2 cup of parmesan grated cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except cheese and baguettes
- Put slices in 350 degrees oven until toasty
- Take out and put some of cheese on top sprinkled over
- Put bake in oven
- Take out when cheese is melted
- Place mixture on top
- Put rest of the cheese on top
- Enjoy
