Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger.
  2. In separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy; scraping sides.
  3. Add egg and vanilla and beat one minute.
  4. Add dry ingredients; once flour disappears, finish mixing with a spoon.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes.
  6. Use a small spoon, and drop quarter size drops on the sheet.
  7. Bake at 350* on wax paper lined cookie sheets for 10-12 minutes.
