Blender Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. coconut
Directions
- Blend 10 seconds in blender. Pour into greased and floured pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
