  • 1 1/2 tbsp. garlic pwdr
  • 1 c. red grapes
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. cubed red apple pcs
  • 1 tbsp. Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat sour cream (or possibly yogurt for "lite" recipe)

Directions

  1. Cook chicken pcs in the oil, soy sauce and garlic pwdr till done. Mix all remaining ingredients together and you're ready for the best ever chicken salad.
