Beef Sandwiches in the Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 5-6 pound Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef stock (low sodium)
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water

Beef Sandwiches in the Slow Cooker

Time: 5 minutes prep, 6 hours cook
Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Season beef, add stock into slow cooker, add beef, cover and slow cook on low heat 6 hours
  2. Remove beef and shred/cut with a knife into bite size pieces
  3. Build your sandwiches with your favorite rolls/buns
  4. Add any condiments you like
  5. We love fresh veggies on the side (baby carrots and dip)
  6. Enjoy.
