  • 1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise depending on your preference, I've done both
  • 1/2 lime-freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup onion-sliced
  • 1 rotisserie chicken-diced
  • 1/4 cup chicken fajita seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas-warmed
