Ingredients

  • 1.3 lbs of beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots (big)
  • 10 fl oz of red wine
  • 100 g of prunes

Beef au Prunes

Time: 10 minutes prep, 60 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Peel and cut the carrots in rounds; chop the onion
  2. Saute the onion in a little olive oil in a pressure cooker until translucent
  3. Then add the beef and carrots and cook on high heat for 5 mins
  4. Add the wine and prunes
  5. Seal the pressure cookers and cook for an hour
