Ingredients

  • 2 cans Franco American beef gravy
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. onion soup
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Place beef brisket on heavy foil, mix above ingredients and pour over meat. Seal and bake 300 degrees for 1 hour for each lb.. Let cold 15 to 20 min, then slice and serve with sauce.
