Avocado Banana Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of fresh vanilla yogurt or whole milk
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey

Avocado Banana Milkshake

Time: 10 minutes prep
Servings: 1 Cup
 

Directions

  1. Peel and pit the avocados
  2. Peel the skin off the banana
  3. In a blender, add the ice, avocados, banana and yogurt
  4. Top off with the raw honey
  5. Blend for 15-20 seconds or until the ingredients are well mixed
  6. Pour into a high ball glass and serve
