Aunt Louise's Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 2 lrg bananas, mashed
- 1 pch salt, may be omitted
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream Crisco and sugar together. Beat in Large eggs. Blend mashed bananas in mix. Add in dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and stir till mixed; add in vanilla. Put into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till done.
