Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Chicken livers, halved
  • 1/3 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 sm Onion, sliced

Directions

  1. Marinate livers overnight in soy sauce. Remove livers from marinade, coat with flour, throw away marinade. Heat oil in frying pan, add in liver and onion slices. Saute/fry till tender and brown. Serve warm.
