Ingredients
1/3 c. finely-minced onion
2 x garlic cloves crushed
1/3 c. finely-minced pimiento
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
1 tsp salt
48 x artichoke hearts - (1 lb, 6 ounce) cooked
Directions
Combine onion, garlic, pimiento, vinegar, oil, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and salt. Add in artichokes and refrigerateseveral hrs.
This recipe yields 12 servings.
