Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 1/4 c. Cold Whip
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions
- Mix well. Pat out on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Refrigerate.
- Beat cheese and sugar well, mix in Cool Whip. Spread on first layer.
- Mix well and spread on second layer.
- Cover with remainder of the large Cool Whip.Grate small chocolate candy bar over all.
